January Meet Up

Writing business plans is an important step in building a new venture; but it’s time consuming and, let’s be honest, pretty boring. The first step when considering a new venture is to vet the idea and test it in the marketplace to mitigate your risks and get consumer feedback. The business model canvas is an excellent tool that helps you vet your idea quickly and methodically.

Attendees will walk away with an understanding of the Lean Business Model Canvas methodology, their own business model canvas, and that know-how to use it on their own ventures now and in the future.

Anyone with an idea, business or product, big or small, is welcome to attend!
