Thrivers, join The Leadership Little Traverse (LLT) Class of 2017 for the LLT Bar Night as they raise funds to build a playground at the Women’s Resource Center Safe House! Festivities include:

LLT and the Women's Resource Center of Northern Michigan (WRCNM) are working in partnership to a build a new playground at the WRCNM Safe Home.
The Safe Home serves women and children who have been impacted by domestic violence or abuse. The WRCNM Safe Home is located in Emmet County and provides a safe and comfortable place for survivors of domestic violence and their children to rebuild their lives. The Safe Home is operated 24/7 and provides more than 2,500 nights of refuge for survivors of domestic abuse each year. Meals, daily needs and domestic abuse counseling services are provided to survivors at no charge. The playground will offer children a safe place to play during their stay.
