About Deter Racine
Deter Racine is the Executive Director of Little Traverse Bay Humane Society. She oversees all shelter operations, fundraising, grant writing and budgeting. Past experience includes professional grooming, kennel and grooming business management. Mother to "Bertie," her bulldog and shelter employee. Deter has been with LTBHS for more than 17 years.
